On the criteria of quality of regional schemes of territorial planning

The development of schemes of territorial planning of regions of Russia is completing. They are poorly signed between themselves and not always adequately take into account the interests of the country. This is due to the lack of uniform federal standards of requirements to their content and complex schemes of territorial planning of the federal level. The author proposes criteria for the quality of schemes of territorial planning of the regional level: the criteria for the content approved by the Provisions of the schemes of territorial planning, the criteria for the content of their Rationale and criteria for the accounting of common methodological provisions, which are necessary when assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of adopted decisions.
