Harmonization of federal and regional interests during creation (или setting up) of innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan

In this article main directions of development of innovation infrastructure of Republic of Tatarstan -- one of the leading regions of Russian Federation -- are considered. The main attention is given to mechanisms of innovation's usage in the work practice of industrial companies and technopark structures including stimulations of invention activity. As a good example it is shown the harmonization of interests and cooperation between financial and non-financial development institutions on the federal and regional levels.
