Leasing as a way of modernization of the russian road sector

In Russia is growing mismatch between the state and development of road infrastructure and the demand for road transportation. The increasing intensity of the activities of motor transport complex leads to the growth of the load on the motor-road network and to the reduction of its technical and operational qualities. In the conditions of the necessity of modernization and updating of the most part of the road-building of the transport enterprises of the country will demand the lease. According to the results of 2010, the largest supplier of the equipment for construction, repair and maintenance of roads became the State Transport Leasing Company.
