Concerning the responsibility of the agencies that conduct state registration of property rights and transactions with it

The mechanism of implementation of the norms on the responsibility of registration authorities is inefficient. Imperfection of the regulation of the responsibility of the bodies, engaged in the state registration of rights to immovable property, connected to the establishment in the Law on the State Registration of the general form of responsibility for the violations and to the absence in this Law determination of the mechanism of implementation of this responsibility.
