LEGAL REGULATION SHORTCOMINGS OF THE MINICIPAL PROPERTY PRIVATIZATION

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of minicipal property
privatization: the necessity of the Federal Law on privatization of private and
municipal property being amended by some specific provisions, enabling, according
to the authors’ opinion, to avoid law enforcement mistake, is being explained.
