ORGANISATION OF THE OPERATING INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY AND REGISTRATION OF RIGHTS TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Modernization, quality management of the high technology hi-tech manufacture
and increase of efficiency of use of intellectual property are essential conditions of
improvement of innovative economy of Russia. The operating intellectual activity
standartization of rules began in the country. By the Standard STO.9001-08
“Intellectual property and innovations” the procedural formalities of intellectual
property, intangible assets record and industrial use are recommended; the package
of properly issued documents confirming presence of intellectual property and the
rights to its use is unified. In the article the risks analysis and some recommendations
for companies and employers on organisation of the operating intellectual activity
improvement are made.
