Development strategy for a long-term perspective: Surgut city

Since 2009 in Surgut city there has been realized the social and economic development strategy through to 2020, in which the substantial risk, opportunities, strategic priorities are reflected, some controlling mechanism of strategic priorities realization are suggested.
