Economy modernization is a regional antiressesion priority

In Volgograd region some activities on support and arrangement of favorable conditions for the development of the regional production infrastructure, economy modernization are taking place, energy savings projects are realized. The improvement of regional investment law is going on, some brand new financing arrangements of the innovative projects were introduced. Special role in antirecession programs is played by the small business.
