At the Summit of the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism in March 2012 in Seoul it is planned to consider the problem of the protection of information relevant to nuclear security, issues of physical protection of nuclear materials and facilities, and others.
In Russia there are a significant number of nuclear- and radiation-hazardous facilities, including obsolete, a growing number of persons permitted to work with nuclear materials. Criteria for determining the stability of the anti-terrorist objects of increased nuclear danger are needed. It is necessary to legislatively determine the obligation of the state monitoring of these facilities";
