The criminal and criminal-procedural aspects of counteraction to corruption

In the article on the basis of statements of the President of the Russian Federation D.Medvedev on the issues of legislative support of corruption counteraction, acting legislation and judicial practice of the criteria of reference of illegal act to crimes of a corruption, as in the criminal code of the Russian Federation does not change the basic concepts of determining these criteria. On the example of the Republic of Mordovia, where its Head eradication of corruption delivered as a priority before the law- enforcement bodies, the legal and moral aspects of corruption with a view to identify these hidden technologies in the practice of the public authorities are investigated. In the article special attention is drawn to the fact that in questions of counteraction of corruption is essential timely revealing of corruption factors in the legal acts and eliminating them in the legislative order, as well as an effective mechanism of judicial protection, which contributes to and accepted by the 11.02.2011 of the Federal Constitutional Law "On courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation".
