Aspects of the improvement of the legal basis of the national security protection of Russia

Doctrinal papers on the issues of national security protection of Russia are the legal basis of the activities of State Government Bodies in this sphere. Because of the singular importance of the state policymaking of the Russian Federation in any sphere of national security, papers, formulating the main strands of such politics, are, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, subject to be formulated as Exhibit to the according Russian Federation Presidential Edicts. Such an approach makes it possible to give these papers the necessary legal force and provide their official promulgation in the according source publications, moreover under the necessity of specifying (because of these or those internal or external circumstances), readjustment or rethink of this policy - to amend the existing order of the Head of the State or to consider it to have lost force.
