Criminal and criminological importance of the motive and object-matter of the armament supplies stealing in military units

Provisions of the article 226 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, that state the responsibility for stealing or extortion of weapon, including the ones made by the military man in the military units of the country, don't have the instructions hints on the motive or object-matter of the crime. The author pays attention to the special importance of the indicated categories, which is connected with their role in the subjective basis of the criminal responsibility, and the necessity of their further investigation for the solution of the practical aspects of individualization of responsibility and punishment as factors, that influence the crime social danger level.
