Aspects of administrative legal protection of the established order of crossing of the Russian Federation State border and the border checkpoint regulations

The working rules of the Russian legal system concerning the State border regulations don't always go with the call of the times; there are some collisions between the legal regulations in the borderline sphere. The author suggests some measures on the improvement of the normative-legal base and the working rules using techniques in this sphere.
