Normative legal base of population and territorial protection from the dangers, connected with the bacillus anthracis

The Bacillus anthracis brief description is given. The normative legal base state, that regulates the relations, connected with the population and territorial protection from the dangers, connected with the Bacillus anthracis, is being estimated. On the basis of structuring of working normative legal acts totality, the base systematization is done, suggestions on its development are made.
