Concerning the responsibility according the Russian legislation for the extremists demonstrations

In the article the working experience of prosecution authorities and law enforcement agencies of the law enforcement in the sphere of counter-extremist measures in mass media, including the electronic ones, is considered. The author suggests the creation of the united public institution on the linguistic expert opinion.
