Counter-measures to Russian civil servants' transnational corruption activity

On the basis of numerous local and foreign sources' study the article gives a large-scale analysis of transnational aspects of Russian civil servants' corruption activity. The author suggests the list of practical recommendations, aimed at the increase of law enforcement activities' effectiveness in this sphere.
