Concerning the issue of the court of appellate jurisdiction's reformation and the accordance with the suggested model and the constitutional and international legal regulations

The article is devoted to the issues of the court of appellate jurisdiction's reformation, including its accordance with the suggested by the law-maker court of appellate jurisdiction's model, constitutional and international legal regulations. The defects of the passed in the State Duma of the Russian Federation first reading project "Concerning the alterations in the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" are pointed out and some possible ways out are suggested.
