Russia and USA in XXI century: concerning the strategic partnership of the two great nations

The author states the fact that it is time for Russia and USA to reconsider their relations and those principles, management methods that they were following both in home policy and on the international level and to formulate the new ones - more well-defined, the ones that meet mutual interests and modern outlook on life.
