Maintenance of the right to inviolability of person as the factor of safety of the person

Bodily security consists of many aspects, one of which is the right to security of person. Ensuring the right to security of person and sanctity include the right's protection measures, as well as its guaranteeing means. The content of the protection of the right to security of person is disclosed, the classification of the guaranteeing system is given.
