Sharia in the North Caucasus traditional legal institutes transformation process

In the muslem-inhabited regions of Russia muslems are trying to use
national, tribal, religious and others forms of law, including sharia. Proactive
actions in this sphere are necessary, besides the Russian-Islamic
relations reform should be taken in the context of the islamic civilization
and culture detailed study.
