Concerning the necessity of making changes in the legal acts in the intellectual property protection sphere

In the article the author's own experience review on some legal actions, concerning inventions, being of interest for inventors and patentees. It is offered to prepare the sufficient amount of the expert examinations (opinions) on the pretrial stages of proceedings for the plaintiff's position reinforcement. The conclusion of the expert examinations dominant influence on court decision is being made.
