Migrants legal status in the Russian Federation and abroad

In the article the principles of the constitutional entrenchment of the alienisms in Russia, as well as the main provisions of the state legal regulation of the dispersal movements are touched upon. The legal status of labor migrants in Russia and abroad are compared.
