The problems of emergency situation forecast and prevention emergencies on the oil pipelines

The article is devoted to the up-to-date problems of the Oil Spill Contingency Plan development. The necessity of a brand new approach to the emergency situations categorization is justified, taking into account the ecological (ecological-economic) harm it can do.
