Normative legal base of the protection of the population and areas against biosocial hazards and emergencies

The state of the normative legal base, that regulates the relations providing the protection of the population and areas against bio-social hazards and emergencies, is being evaluated. On the basis of the total existing regulations structuring, the base systematization is completed, some suggestions on its development are formulated.
