Rehabilitation of handicapped is a criteria of state social safety

The handicapped rehabilitation, their social adaptation in the society is one of the country's primary tasks. Handicapped social protection measures are being improved, the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is being prepared. The example of the phased purposeful work on the creation of the public rehabilitation system is the Republic of Tatarstan experience.
