Adoption of juvenile technology in law procedure in Bryansk region

Three courts using juvenile technology are working in Bryansk region. The adoption of the new elements promotes the increase of the educational measures taken by the judges instead of criminal penalty. Systematic state approach is essential for the juvenile technology adoption in law procedure and improvement of work on early prevention of torts.
