The role and participation of the civil society institution in anticorruption and organized crime in economic sphere

Attached to Moscow chamber of commerce and industry the Anti-corruption committee and the Expert council were created in 2009. The Anti-corruption committee is supposed to work out actual and practically realized anti-corruption measures. The Expert council is intended to carry out the independent legal evaluation and expert examination of regulations for propensity for corruption. One of the ways to root out corruption is a creation of some mechanism of rotation of the executive staff of civil officers. It is necessary to give an intolerant attitude towards the corruption.
