World community advances the anti-corruption struggle

Third session of the Conference of states - participants of the UN Convention against corruption and the Sixth Global Forum against corruption (Doha, November 2009) are summarized. There was created the mechanism of execution of the Convention against corruption. The Convention is a key universal international legal act to provide effective international cooperation in anti-corruption in public and private sectors, including some adequate anti-corruption potential of the civil society. The regulation about the restitution of the corruption resources to the country of origin can be referred to the number of innovatory provisions of the Convention.
