News of public-private partnership in Russia

The report analysed the legislative and legal acts, which promote the development of PPP structures and programmes adopted in the interests of the development of PPP in Russia. Identified general problems relating to the implementation of PPP projects, and gaps in the legislative acts, related to PPP. Taking into account the experience of France the most important recommendations for the improvement of the situation with implementation of the PPP projects in Russia are given.
