Oil as an object of civil legal relations

The oil sector of the fuel and energy complex occupies a special place, because the oil and oil products, no doubt, are the most an important source of energy for any state, and the relations of production of oil - an integral part of the advanced economic turnover. The specificity of the considered relations in many respects is predetermined by close relationship with the natural resources of the state.
