EU-Russia energy dialogue: in search of a compromise and balance of interests

Attempts to search for new suppliers of energy carriers the EU in order to break free from Russia in the field of energy dependence have no prospects. The largest international corporations recognize that they are better off not to buy gas resources in Russia, and to create here together with the Russian companies their production of high-tech goods. Implemented joint projects increasingly built on the Russian concept of reciprocity: the exchange of assets and attraction of foreign companies to the development of new fields as junior partners. Granting tax exemptions to companies struggling with the natural riches of the Eastern Siberia, will help the Russian economy not only to overcome the crisis, but also to increase the production and export of products of high level processing to build a gas-chemical complexes with the use of new technologies.
