Town-planning doctrine of the Russian Federation (discussion)

The state town-planning policy of Russia in each of major historical stages of its realization was pursuing certain goals, was carried out in accordance with certain principles, with the use of certain facilities. Author proposes the main geopolitical and domestic political goals, principles and means of town-planning policy of Russia in the near future.
