ELIMINATION OF RISKS AT MERGES AND ABSORPTIONS (M & A)

The author states that M&A deals are a complex multistage and multifold economic-legal process, what makes it the focus of many risks of different nature. It is necessary to implement the standards and risk management procedures in the operations of the companies, that work at the M&A market in a professional manner, as well as the economic entities that are likely to be risk-prone in this sphere.
