LIFE-SUPPORT SYSTEMS TO BE UNDER THE STATE'S CONTROL

In the article the situation in the Arkhangelsk Region housing and public services, the peculiarities of tariffs for electrical and thermal energy are being analyzed. Measures on the residential rate relief are suggested, among them "The White Sea Energy" territorial project realization, based on the public-private partnership principles.
