The organization of the mixed economic system as the condition of the sustainable development of Russia

The key idea of the modern economic system is the organization of the socially sustainable economy and on this basis the establishing of the institutions of the private-public partnership. State institutions should organically be included into the socially-economic processes; methods of indicative and strategic planning should be used more often. For the organization of the legal basis of the mixed economic system it is necessary to adopt the Law of property.
